Excluding our Re:Kraft (upcycled bags & accessories) collection, we maintain limited stock across our other lines to minimise waste. However, we do keep fabrics on hand and can make your order within 5 business days, if it’s not currently in stock.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Free Shipping across India on orders of Rs.3000 & above.
  • Partial COD available: 10% of the order value is paid upfront, with the remaining amount due in cash upon delivery.
  • Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
  • Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 7 business days.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Free shipping on orders over USD 200.
  • Please note that any customs duties or additional charges incurred upon the package’s arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Culture Kraft cannot be held liable for these fees. For specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
  • International orders are dispatched within 7 business days.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, excluding any customs delays.
