EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

At Culture Kraft, every piece we create reflects our deep respect for craftsmanship, culture, and conscious design. Rooted in artisanal heritage and a commitment to sustainability, we strive to make your experience with us meaningful and considered. Before initiating a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you review the policy below.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.
  • Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All labels, tags, and packaging must remain intact.

Please Note: Each of our pieces is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques such as natural dyeing, hand embroidery, block printing, patchwork, and other artisanal methods. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern may occur. These subtle irregularities are not flaws, but rather the marks of human touch - a testament to the process and craftsmanship that make each piece truly one of a kind.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@culturekraft.in or via WhatsApp at +91 90042 55183 within 7 days of delivery.
  • Domestic orders: We offer a free return pickup service, subject to availability in your area.
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your item passes a quality check at our facility, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of a credit note for the full paid amount.
  • Cash refunds are not offered.
  • Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue, and may be used for any purchase on our website during this period.
